Deposit Policy

• A 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking
• The remaining balance may charge 30 days prior to arrival
• If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount may applied at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

• If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 50% will be charged
• If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
• A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification
